Driver side rear door window only goes down half

Just stopped going down all the way. stops half way down.

Any ideas?

Does the power lock still work on that door?

Yes. there is no button in the back, but the front control work it.

there isn't one.

Something's stopping it. It's either a safety feature someone inadvertently activated, the window channels are broken/damaged, the window rollers are hanging, the motor is malfunctioning, or some kid stuffed something down into the door like my 3 year old did. Who knew McDonald's french fries could stop a window from rolling down?!?
