93 Maxima Runs rough...Help Please

My 93 maxima just started running real rough and lost power. Hard to climb hills. Runs fair in P(800rpm) but shakes real bad in D(500rpm). Checked plugs and wires and their OK (all 6 Months old). It also seems that my radiator fan is always on but temp gauge shows OK. Louder than normal exhaust sound from tailpipe. Any ideas.

OK, I changed the ECTS and no change but something funny happen. I was messing around with the throttle cable and had my hand on the distributor cap and got shocked(the car was idling.) My car also is having trouble starting. Usually the 1st try but has to turn over many times before firing up...barely, then give it gas. Does that point to a ground a bad cap maybe?

They crack quite often. Some have even bought new, first two new caps were cracked, third was ok...
To verify the ECTS one has to measure the resitance. All info given on p7&8... Is wiring ok to ECU? ECTS can be measured at ECU to make sure; see p15.
But as said, I compiled 'some' info few yrs ago on 3gen maxima. I mean really - why keep asking trivial q's when all is laid out there in deep detail? Please at least try to click
