'93 Cavalier Rear Window Defroster

I have a '93 Cavalier and the rear defroster is not working. I have checked the fuses for the rear defroster relay and the fuse for the rear defroster itself. Maybe it's the relay? Where would I find that in the car? Please throw any ideas at me so I can try to fix it. Thanks
