Have a friend who collects models and he's offered me $200NZ ($85US) for this kit.
I know it is a rare kit and not made anymore.
What should i do ??

I don't sell any built kits, as people don't appreciate the time spent.
Like I said once, most kits cost me around £50 once all the paints and detail is added. A months work at even £5 an hour would cost something like £200!
So he has offered you around £50 for it!
Wouldn't come close mate! Just IMO!:D

if you think it's work selling then do it... I personally don't sell my own built kits.. I do accept offers to built kits, but not finished ones of my own..

Is that a Tamiya Sierra? Is it really that rare? I'm asking because I have an opportunity to get one (actually, there were two versions listed, but I don't remember any details)...

They dont make it any more and probably wont do a re-release of it later on as they do with some others. The kit would have come out over 8 years ago and has not been done since. What did come out was sold very quickly
It took me about 2 years to finally get one.
If you can get one...i'd go for it.

I have one, but they never made any decent Decal sets for them! I would have liked the Labatts or Kaliber sponsored BTCC cars!
I have the videos from BTCC 1988 and 1989! Superb!

Wait, is Eggenberger the same as Texaco?
They also have this available http://www.modelcarworld.de/Grafik/Modelle/101466.jpg Any takers?

That's the one I have!
I'd like to do one, but I can't get the transkits to turn them into a subject I would like, so I probably won't bother!

Thats a nice lookig kit.
Here most people where buying the kits then buying aftermarket decals for them.
Most of the ones i have seen have decals from when they raced at Bathurst in Australia
