My search function is a bit screwy today so I'm sorry if this is a repost.
Here's the situation:
Whenever I push in the clutch, whether I'm driving or stopped, the engine revs ridiculously. When I'm at a light, if I press the clutch down about an inch, it will stop doing it. I don't know whether it has anything to do with it, but when I'm in 5th gear, if I take my foot off of the gas, the car with jerk a little (as if I'm in too low of a gear).
I know I have a big hole in my exhaust in the most inconvenient place to get to, but I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with this.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
