'95 Estate Washer Pump...No Werkee

Hello All...
I just bought a "new" 1995 Estate Wagon. The car is out of Florida, and has only just turned 90,000 miles. I found it here in Ohio, on craigslist.
Apparently, it was stolen once when it was in FLA. and the people that took it wanted the wheels and airbag brain.
The wheels were replaced with new ones and the replacement airbag module is sitting in the back seat. I have to hook it back up, but I wonder if it has something to do with the car not having windshield washers? The pump won't work. Maybe it's just a fuse?
I know that the airbag module needs to be installed for the horn to work (it doesn't at the moment).... but does it have something to do with the washer pump, too?
Also, the third brake light doesn't want to work. I cleaned the contacts, but still no light.
I know that (oddly) the cruise control won't work if that circuit isn't complete. Would it matter if the 577 bulb is or isn't burnt out?
I do know those 577 bulbs are as scarce as hens teeth!
Anyhow, it's absolutely THE CLEANEST used car I've ever seen!
I'm a musician, and have always driven Buick wagons.
The last one I had was a 1990 Estate that I bought new in 1989. I ended up giving it to a friend of mine, and when I did, it had almost 500,000 miles on it! I babied that car over it's lifetime.
I'm not very familiar with these newer ones though.......maybe one of y'all can help me out with my electrical woes.

Replace the bulb. I think you are correct in that it won't work if the bulb is burnt. The washer shouldn't have anything to do with the airbag. Check to make sure you are getting power to the pump. Sometimes they get power but don't squirt because of a plugged hose, plugged pump, etc.
