Hello, I have a 1993 Chevy Astro Van that is drawing power while it is not running. Any ideas what I need to check? I just put a brand new battery in it because I thought that was the problem. Well it wasn't. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!

yea google "how to do a parasitic draw test"
http://www.google.com/search?aq=0&oq=how+to+do+a+parasitic+draw&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=how+to+do+a+parasitic+draw+test
hopefully you have a cheapo automotive multimeter on hand to measure the m-Amps while you pull/replace each fuse from the fuseblock...
may also be a door switch <shrugs>

Hasen't done it in a couple days now. Did notice that when it does happen, the fuel pump runs for a good five minutes after it is shut off. Where would the relay for the fuel pump be?

The relay is under the hood on the passenger side just above the a/c and mounted in plain sight. There should be a row of three relays.
