Can you hear the pump run when trying to clean your windshield?
Do you have window washer fluid with freeze protection?
Is it below 32degrees outside?
If yes, the tips of spray nozzel could be frozen, use warm water to melt ice.
If No, check fuse going to the window washer pump.

I'm glad you cleared that up I was thinking maybe tire pressure.
No I can't hear it that's why I've determined its frozen or shot.
It looks like its down in the front right fender or under the battery.
I'm trying to find out what it takes to get at it.

I think you have to take the screws out around the wheel well and push the plastic in towards the center of the vehicle and then you'll see the washer tank tucked inside there.

LOL - Air pressure!
Do Germans still use air pressure from the spare tire to trigger the window washer fluid?
Also look for car wax blockage on the spray tips.

Could be frozen Wylie. What temp rating windshield washer fluid are you using?

It sounds like time for another vacation South to San Antonio or any place in Texas again.

Hey B I'd be there in a minute if I didn't have to go through the dam hassle at the airports.

Frozen is what I'm thinking it was -19c here for a couple of days and its been - ever since.

WTH did they put there for?
I'll have to try and find somewhere warm to park it for a while and see if it thaws.

yeah, it was 4 F here Saturday...and that was the high. With 25-30mph gusting winds, wind-chill factor was -22 f. Overnight Friday, it dipped to -7 F actual.

Hey rich: ya it was Saturday morning when it froze.
Any how it went up to -2c here yesterday and the pump started working again so I guess it was frozen.
Theres to much starting to go wrong with this old girl now to fix I'm just trying to get through to the spring (fingers crossed)

yeah, put some better solvent in there like the Rain-x or Peak De-icer. Both work excellent and won't even freeze in the lines until temps are well below 0 F. if you go to the Quick-lube type oil change places, don't let them fill your solvent even if it's free. It's so diluted that it's basically water with a little blue dye and will freeze up quickly.

Were dropping to 20 degrees F tonight/early morning not counting wind chill but the high tomorrow is going to be above 50 and sunny so still not bad for the winter.

Jacuzzi too Tim.

On the pool I keep water in it all year around with sufficient chlorine to include cleaning but do not use it in the winter since heating the thousands of gallons water is very expensive.
