Nice job! Very clean.
I've wanted this kit for some time, how's the original engine/bay detail?
Is the suspension accurate or detailed? I know how a lot of old AMT's or Monograms can be, they always leave so much to be desired.

this thing was produced long ago, i dont dwell much on accuracy if it looks close then im happy. very small engine, steel axle suspension. one good thing is this kit went together well i didnt have any problems the first time i built it but rebuilding it i had a few problems as with most customs

why are the windowtrims not painted? The model looks uncompleted now.
The wheels suit the car very well. I love the german style on german cars!
I have 2 of these kits in my pile now, both are still sealed in the original plastic :)
Kris.

I don't like the lack of tail lights, but the smooth look is great. I have to agree that it needs some kind of trim for the windows though. At least some panel lines around the trim, because the solid paint without the detail looks like it's unfinished.

That PuXXX moderator only asked you for a picture to assure the forum it was a plastic kit since none of these have ever been built/seen on the forum in question before. So please let it be known that your less than helpful attitude and intolerable arrogance saw you banned. I hope AF doesn't have to deal with you in the same way. Maybe you have learned a lesson.:nono:

If you had read anything on the forum you'd have seen he was Warned TWICE before he was banned.. On separate occasions. I think that was fair enough.Don't you.?
Thanks for the tip though. :P
