1999 LSS - Driver Door Won't open

1999 Olds LSS
Driver's door won't open. When opserting electric lccks it sounds like it is working. The manual switch on the door will not move. Using the door key doesn't work.

Thinking we will have to take it to a shop to tear the door panle off to fix a linkage?

Ideas please?
