GTRA Brake Rotor/Hardware Tech and Failure analysis

So I ordered new bobbin kits for my rotors as preventitive maintenance. I have 2 issues that have come up. The first issue became apperant when I was removing the bobbins on the front/left rotor. I noticed the holes wore excessively.

They have obviously been moving around too much. The rotors were replaced 27 hours ago and the hardware was re-used. The right front does not show this kind of wear. So what are possible causes for this? Not enough torque? Possible issue of re-using existing hardware? Corvette owner with a dremel tool sabotaging them?

I certainly don't feel comfortable bolting this one back on.

The second issue is my rotor hardware is different between the front and rear rotors. When I called PAD, Josh consulted with their engineer who said "they should be the same". "Someone must have changed them at one time."

The ones at the top are what was in my rear rotors. The ones at the bottom are what was in the fronts and what PAD sent me. I like the rear set up better as you have less of an issue with getting the bolt perfectly aligned in the rotor slot. With the washer on the inside of the rotor they also have more surface area on the back of the rotor which is a wear point.

So, which are right? Which are better?
