95 corolla belt

The belt from the alternator to the main motor pulley keeps coming off. Any ideas? I'm tightening everything good and tension is proper on belt, but it flies off after a while. Also should the main pulley at motor have ANY movement? It wiggles just the slightest bit.

A pulley out of alignment is what causes belts to come off.
