Ground straps

Does anyone know the locations of all grounding straps on a 1994 Jimmy? Son replaced starter and didn't disconnect battery (shorted out cable)! Engine cranks just fine but very low voltage to interior electrical system (as though battery was low) and fuel pump not working. Noticed the one strap at the back of engine to firewall is completely burnt off. Sure there is one behind the dash somewhere, but don't know the location of any others.
HELP!!

My guess is that the positive terminal on the starter contacted the body, right?
In that case, that burned-off strap is probably the only one affected. Replace it and you should be fine.
