Optima headlight adjustment

My '07 Optima has a left headlight that's lower than the right but I can't figure out how to adjust it. Any tips would be appreciated!

Have you replaced a bulb recently? The bulb has a tab that should point up (I think) when the bulb is installed and secured with the clip. The clip should not be overly hard to push in to seat in the retainer.
