Carbon sub box?

Has anybody made one? is carbon fiber rigid enough to use as a box material? im looking to put my Rockford Punch HE 10" sub in it, and mold it into my rear hatch panels in my wagon.
no offense but id like to hear from people who actually have experience in this area

I've never played with carbon fiber, it's not my thing. Check out selectproducts.com. They sell carbon fiber mat, similar to fiberglass mat. With this you would make the box out of fiberglass, and do the final coat with the carbon fiber.
