Power window problem - solution is not that bad

I found this link to be the best for describing the fix for broken window sash clips and/or window regulators. I'm doing this repair tomorrow - good luck to anyone else needing this!

BTW Amazon.com has the regulator with motor for about $75 and the clips for $8. Not bad imo.
