fuel problems...

at idle, revs fluctuate a lot cannot stay still..lot of fuel consumption..hard start in cold weather..at times..no start..replaced all ignition components..is it a clogged fuel filter? fuel pressure regulator?? fuel pump is fine..

what does all ignition components mean?? cap ,wires,rotor,plugs,igniter,coil? that generally is what would cause iratic idle..
