I really need some fog lights these recent mornings.
I know "how" to add a fog light, but where can I mount it without drilling holes?

Maybe you could use some of that automotive adhesive for decals and stuff? I know that stuff is really strong. I recently got these small rectangular fog lights for real cheap (you get what you pay for but im happy to at least have something to aid my normal lights). I was extremely lucky because they actually fit right in the rectangular holes in my grill from behind and didnt need anything to secure them! Although i ended up drilling holes under my bumper anyway because they were a little more effective at a lower location. I'm not sure how your grill is shaped or anything but zip ties may come in handy too.

with fog/snow the headlights need be adjusted low..if too high you will get a lot of reflection, causing you to loose visability...
with your/my bumper this is hard to do....installing these fog lights..
I guess if you found smaller sized fixtures you could stick them to the grill ..

I don't want them in or at the grille.. Would look like bleh.
What about that little "lip at the very bottom of the bumper, where the license plate holder bottom is? Perhaps it can be fit in that area?

This worked out well for me:

The switch worked out just about as well, since I never figured out what that little cubby-hole was all about anyway:
