How is best to remove the blower motor on these cars? I was told on some of them you remove a cover under the glove box, but there is a cover under the hood I can here the motor (what's left of it) runnig.

I don't know, but since it's been a couple days with no reply... What I usually do is remove stuff to see what's under it. If you can't get to the motor that way, all you have to do is put the cover back on, if it feels like something's gonna break then stop where you are and put it back together. I've never had a problem just trying stuff, and sometimes I find a shortcut that lets me do a 5 hour job in 45 minutes :sunglasse

On this car it is the one of the easiest ones to remove I have ever seen. Just had to remove the screws, unplug the motor and remove. the crazy thing is I found mine was full of DOG FOOD. Wife does not drive much in the winter and I guess a mouse had somehow tried to make a home there....no sign of him anywhere but found his food cache!

You might want to consider some mouse traps, if they run out of food they'll start chewing on wires, obviously causes tons of problems.

Although I could hear it under the hood the motor is accessable right under the glove box. There were three bolts, removed and there is a metal cover over the motor, the whoile thing comes out. Need to unplug the motor to get it all the way out. A gasket sits between the cover and the motor. Easy to remove.
