So my rear trailing arm is F**KED

yeh, well we just pulled the A6 out of the 90 CRX Si in my garage about a couple of hours ago. We were lookin at the passenger side rear trailing arm - and my mechanic friends said it's fucked. I'm pissed. What should i do? I don't know anywhere that i could get ahold of a rear trailing arm for a 90-91 CRX Si. Am i going to have to get the rear trailing arms for the 90-93 integra and the hubs and shit? i dont really wanna do that because i'm tight on funds, and my driver's side rear trailing arm is fine. What should i do? anyone have a rear trailing arm for sale?

Find 90-91 CRX SI arms cuz the 90-93 has a little wider track so might as well get shorter track ones.

alright...i'd really like to get a 90-91 CRX Si trailing arm. then i wouldn't have to buy both - because my other side is good. I haven't a clue where to get one tho... ? :confused:

Some guys on H-T are telling me that i can put my 89 CRX Si trailing arm onto my 90 CRX Si, and remove the drum parts and put on the disk parts from the 90. Here's the link to my thread on Honda-Tech (http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=470725)

if that's true, then why do brake swaps need the entire trailing arm??

why dont we just start getting rear disc brake assembly and bolt it onto our civic trailing arms ?

Removing just the brake parts can be done but its much harder. There is a giant nut on the back of the trailing arms I'm sure is a super bitch to get off.

Well, since im broke... I guess im gonna try and make the 89 Si trailing arm work w/ my 90 Si disk components. jesus christ this better work :(

what is wrong witht the trialing arm that makes it so fucked was the car wrecked or somthing how can you tell its bad or bent out of shape just looking at it?
