I bought a Mazda MX3 V6, 93 and I wanted to check the compression on my engine and after that I didn't wanted to start, I replace the initial Coil and still doesn't want to start, any suggestion on why it doesn't want to start?

Did it run before you pulled the spark plugs?
Make sure plugs are clean, gapped correctly, tightened?
Make sure plug high tension leads (plug wires) are indexed correctly?
(I can send a pic if you want to double check)
Ground the leads an inch or so away from block and check for strong blue spark.
Does it attempt to start ("hit" or "stumble")?

Let me know what you find- most of this is very basic but I didn't know the full story or your mechanic skills- either way it's always good to start small and eliminate one thing at a time.
