Changing Vac setup from 97 GTP to 98+ Spec

OK so I received my ported supercharger today but I am noticing some differences between the 97GTP vacuum specs and the 98+ GTP. The manifold vacuum source is not present on the 98+ as it is on the 97GTP. I received one from a 98+ and need help converting it to 97GTP application without setting off any codes. I am doing a LIM job as well (leaking oil from previous post) and need to have this done all in a day.
