Intrepid Struts Replaced

I have a 99 Dodge Intrepid and replace the struts in the front but now there is like a rattling noise over bumps small bumps any ideas?

was the noise there before you replaced the struts...Is the upper strut mount bolts tight, is the strut shaft bolt tight....
