I have a 2000 Silhouette and after there is a huge rain fall (today 2-3) I am having a lot of water entering the van around the blower fan area. I looked in the glove compartment and the filters in behind are wet. What is going on here? Could it be leaking in the area above the engine, but right below the windshield where the outside air can come in? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep. The drains are likely plugged with old leaves and dirt.
Shove a length of trimmer string down the tube.
You might want to replace the wet filters.
You'll have to remove the plastic screen to access the drain.

Now I got a question. I have not been in my glove box to see the filters in there. I have however noticed that the driver side floor board (under the mat) is staying wet. I thought it might be coming from a hole in the exterior above the passenger side windsheild. It's rusted out a hole. I do have it covered with "duct tape" until I can get it fixed. But I was noticing water under my floor mat. Could these be from from the drains clogged up? Where is this tube you mentioned to clean out? Thanks for your help

The drain tubes are in the fresh air vent areas.
To clean the vents you'll have to remove the plastic mesh cover below the windshield.
