Replace Wiper Motor 1994 Thunderbird

I am a mechanical idiot and was needing help on replacing a wiper motor on our 1994 Ford Thunderbird. It looks hard to get to in order to replace. Ford dealership wants 138.00 for the motor and 50.00 labor. Parts house has the motor for about 80.00 but I'd still need to get it put on.

Any tips would help.
