I'm no mechanic or anything, but I think this should answer you. :p

AEM tru alternator power pulley
-Your engine has to use some of it's horsepower to turn your
alternator. A power pully is just a smaller pully that you stick on your
alternator in place of the stock pully. So when your belts spin your
alternator, the motor doesn't have to use as much of your horsepower
to spin the alternator. This usually gains you about 5 HP max, and
some people believe that since your alternator doesn't spin as fast, it
doesn't put out as much current, therefore you lose some of the
potency of your electronics (most importantly is the ignition/spark), so
they recommend a seperate ignition system if you use a power pully.

Fuel pressure regulator
-The regulator's job is to keep the pressure in the fuel system to a
constant 28 psi. It does this with a spring-loaded diaphragm that
controls a valve. The valve, when opened by excessive pressure in the
fuel lines, uncovers a fuel line that returns excess fuel to the fuel tank.
I guess you would only need to replace this if you start running bost or
for some other reason want ot raise the fuel pressure in your car.

Engine mounts
-These hold your engine to your car basically. Unless you're running
gobs of torque, the stock mounts should do fine. You only want
to replace these if you are worried about motor twist breaking your
stock mounts... because if this happens, it usually breaks other things
and costs you big bucks.

Venom fuel rail
-The fuel rail is the pipe that carries the fuel to all the injectors. If you
are running a higher fuel pressure, you might as well get bigger/less
restrictive fuel rail to increase the flow of fuel to the motor. I don't
know if this is necessary unless you are running boost or something.

62MMTB
-A larger throttle body lets more air into your car. This is great for
cold air intakes, boost/ etc... If you're not running boost it won't get
you a whole lot of power (maybe 3-5 HP), but if you run boost this can
give 20+ HP. To get the most out of this mod, you also need to port your intake manifold to match the larger diameter of the throttle body.
