Smell Diesel Odour 1.7Dti Astra 2001 114.000 miles

I have A 2001 Astra 1.7 Dti with the Isuzu Engine i can smell diesel in the engine compartment, i have looked around the top part of the engine, injectors and all the pipes on the top off engine all seem Dry & No leak from the pipes going into the diesel Filter. However i put the car up on the ramps and at the back of the engine i have noticed that it is a bit wet on the electric wires that are at the back of the engine, near to where the High voltage box is ( cant remember what its Called ) And behind where the oil filter pipe runs down to the bottom of the engine, More or less under The EGR Solenoid Valve, all Pipes to the EGR valve seem dry
Is there any small pipes that are hidden any where at the rear 0f the engine or a sensor near to that high voltage thing.
