Got my new muffler

I just traded my friend his apex-i muffler for my r-1 racing tunable one...the apex is the loudest muffler i have ever heard

but does it sound nice. how much hp did it give u? do u notice any diff between both.

yeah it sounds really nice...i dont have it on yet. im putting 2 1/4 pipeing all the way back!

well hey when you get it put on, if you could tell me what it sounds like, since im looking to get a muffler.

it has a crackling sound to it.... its a real nice sound though. I recommend Apex-i.

how much are the apex-i?

i dunno, my RActive is pretty damn loud... my girl friend hears me coming blocks away :lol:

is it the dunk?...because if so i will buy it from you for $150 if its in good condition...let me know...pm me

IM not sure how much the apex-i's run. What is the dunk? is that a ractive or apex i muffelr?

the dunk is a muffler made by apexi...they run about that new...like 280 ish....but its got a 3in inlet and 5.5 inch outlet...and its loud as fuck...my boy had on on his teg and my other boy has one on his prelude....they are ungodly loud....but they r made for turbo and my boy has one on his hatch w/ a turbo and its not as loud..but my boy with the teg is lookin for one again...the greddy aint loud enough

I think all universal mufflers sound the same. The only difference is the tip and the brand other wise that they are all the same. But thats my opinion.
