I have a 1989 Chevy K1500. I have replaced the oil pressure sending unit more than annually for about 3 years. :banghead: I've tried Delco and Napa. Both end up failing after about 9 months. Is there a "high performance" one out there. Something I might be able to depend on? It is for the gauge not the light.

the failures may mean you need a new connector. use silicone electrical grease on the pins..

You can install a mechanical gauge-much more accurate.
