Turn Signals And Brake Lights Don't Work, Please Help

Hi everyone, my 95 Mark8 has no turn signals or hazard lights inside or outside of the car and when you hit the brakes, only the top brake light behind the window illuminates. Everything else is dead. Headlights and taillights work fine though. Any ideas? I have already replaced the 3 prong flasher and unfortunately that didn't fix the problem.
