Body control module

Hey guys,
After fighting this car for months..(see other threads) I have finally come to the conclusion that the BCM is faulty. I thought it was located by the glove box, but I think I am wrong. Can anyone tell me where its located? I figured by the ECM, but I am not having any luck. Once I locate and change it as per the TSB that is out, I will let yall know the results.

For those who haven't been following the threads, it is a 1998 Olds Cutlass with the 3.1
