Loud clunk after hitting a speed bump

I have a 2000 Grand Am GT & I hit a speed bump going too fast. I tried to brake at the same time, so the car's front suspension was already in a downward pitch. You can guess what happened next, I hit the bump & bottomed out...HARD.:yikes:

Immediately after, upon accelerating away from the bump, it made a single very loud clunk. It came from the front, driver's side. I thought it was a motor mount, but I tried to duplicate the sound by giving it some gas while applying the brake, but I didn't see the engine lift up or anything. It did it once more upon accelerating from a stop sign a few miles later. After that, I drove it home gently without any rapid acceleration & it didn't make the noise again & I haven't tried to force the car to make the noise again for fear of breaking something more than it already is.

I'm looking for suggestions on the most possible areas of concern.
Thanks!!

Might be an A frame bushing, a hub assay, or could be a lower ball joint and lastly a outer tierod end.
