The complete damage report, 1995 4.6 L engine. # 8 rod and piston, # 8 exhaust valve bent, step worn in crank shaft between # 5,# 8, You can see the top of the piston is ground up from hitting the valve. The 4.6 is a strong engine, it still ran on 5 cylinders. :confused::eek:

Funny you say that...since I haven't owned a Town Car for three years now, I had someone bring in a Grand Cherokee for me to check and it had bent exhaust valves. And that dipstick was bone dry!

My 95 is still on the road though. My buddy still owns it. About to hit the 300,000 mark!

And guess what I'm buying in May???? Either a 2007 or 2008 Town Car!

You got to love that destruction footage.
