95 Explorer Headlight Assembly Removal

Hello, can someone give me directions on removing the headlight assembly on a 95 explorer. I guess there are two parts to this question.

1. I see where you can purchase just the headlight plastic part. This is just the plastic lens for the headlight.

2. I have also seen where you can replace the whole assembly with a new EURO one. In this case all 4 lens are replaced.

In either case, how do you remove the assembly? Does the front grill trim have to come off? And I assume you have to re-AIM the headlights when you are done?
