Need Help dropping a gas tank

I have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am SE1 2.2 Engine. We are about to drop the gas tank to replace what we hope to be a bad gasket, I cannot for the life of me find a schematic of the under carriage.

We think it's the gasket due to the fact that if I fill to capacity the tank bleeds out, I get a Not Ready on my Gas Cap, Even though the gas cap is fine. Also, my gas dial doesn't read past 1/3 of a tank.

I know this is going to be a pain in the ass, but a schematic or something of sorts would make it less of one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-RC

not much philosophy involved for this, you have two "D" shaped brackets that hold the tank. Just be careful with the plastic quick disconnect fittings.

Also don't forget to clean the tank and replace the sending unit for the gauge.
