97 Civic LX - Transmision Turbine Replacement

Is it possible to just replace the Turbine on the transmision, ... My car just gave up on my on the road, ... While trying to figure out what could be wrong, ... it took about 5 to 10 Min. I started the engine again and it drove fine, ... but after driving for about 1/4 of a mile it gave up, ... I did the same again, let it rest for about 5 Min, ... and drove it again, drove fine, ... but it keep up on giving up after less the 1/4 of a mile by then, ... Someone suggested it was the turbine on the transmision, that why I am going for it, ...
