Hi there! RX330...

We need a forum for the new RX330! :D

Anyone have any thoughts on the new version? I personally think it looks very sleek & , very sporty looking, especially for an SUV.

I'm very impressed with the few articles I've read about it so far - 0-60 times of 7.8 secs, 81.4 cubic ft of cargo area (!) with the seats down, auto opening liftgate, adaptive headlights, etc, etc.

I'm seriously considering this as a replacement for my wife's aging '93 Altima, along with the VW Touareg, the Volvo XC90 & the Infiniti FX35.
We're not ready to buy yet (as long as the Altima holds up) so I've got time to read all the articles & of course take a few test drives of all of them b4 I narrow it down some...

Any other thoughts out there??

Lookswise; I like the new front design, but the back's lights look a bit too...like those cheesy clear imatator lights seen on ricecars.

The RX330 is excellent, we got one of the first available and absolutely love it. Cheesy imitator taillights and everything.

I had the RX300 and recently purchased the RX330 with AWD/NAV/RSES.... night and day difference between the two.....

I have a friend who is interested in leasing one. He test drove one and siad that the center armrest was a little too narrow and jutted out too far from the center of the seat. Does anyone have an opinion on that? He says that when he turned the steering wheel, his right arm hits that armrest?? Comments? He'll be moving into the RX330, hopefully, when his lease is up on his MDX this week. He always waits until the last minute.
Thanks for the input.

Hi,

Just picked up our new 2005 RX 330 last night. A beautiful drive and comfort!

I would be very interested in a seperate forum for the RX330.

I am looking for information about customizing the interior of the RX330. I have seen a lot of sites about BMW X5 customizations, but I have not found any RX330 sites yet.

Thanks!

Oh there is always something to play with. I would be interested in a sperate discussion area for the 330 as well. We could all discover new things...Performance mods, etc. It is tough to tinker with a new vehicle but the benefits are great. The wife and I picked up the new 05 last night. Garage even smells new
