I have a 2000 Eclipse 5 spd and the reverse lights are now staying on all the time. My guess is it might be the reverse light switch is stuck or broken.
Does anyone know where this is located and how to get to it?
Thanks in advance.

I got it figured out. here is some info for anyone that may need it in the future.
The Reverse light switch was bad, replaced it and now its works good.
The switch is very easy to get to. Under hood just to the right of center down by the Transaxle. Has two wires coming out of the top. Remove plug by pressing down on side clip and pull straight up. Use 7/8 socket to remove the switch. Then just do the opposite to install the new one.
