2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7l v8 diriving down the rod truck just shut off like i trun the key off then start right back up:banghead:

Had this issue for about 2 months, driving down the road, backing out of driveway. Just dies and starts right back up. After searching this board, I replaced my battery. Have had no issues for a month now. This board addressed the need for these dodges to have a good battery. Sounds crazy but worked. Mine is 96 1500 4x4 5.9.

try and wiggle you ignition switch connector....
