p1135 code for 2001 toyota tundra

i have a 2001 toyota tundra showing a code p1135 can anyone help me specify this code as i dont have a serivce manual. and verify any neccessities in order to fix this problem pls and thankyou.

Bank 1 sensor 1, If you are a mechanical person I would try pulling out that sensor and cleaning it with some brake or carb clean, then blow it out with compressed air.
