wiper motor removal

I need to know the easiest way to remove a wiper motor in a 97 wrangler. Also is there a way to repair them without replacing. it just stopped working :banghead:and of course, its raining

Disconnect the top unbolt the rollcage and fold down the windshield. The easiest way is always sending it to a mechanic though.
