Codes P0171, P0174 Lincoln LS 01 V6

I have read the threads regarding codes P0171, P0174 in Lincoln LS V6, I am almost certain that I have the PCV elbow problem. Rod please also send me the pictures and diagram/instruction on how to fix this problem. :confused:
