2000 town car - headlight bulb install

So my headlight went out the other day and ive never changed the bulb before on this car. I'm sure very simple, but before i go ahead and change the bulb, does anyone have any tips to make this easy as possible?

Its the passenger side headlight right behind the battery. Should i just remove the batter and unplug and plug back in?

Don't touch the halogen light bulb with your hands, it will burn out premature.

Is that how i take the bulb out though? Just remove the battery and the plug should be right there?

Pull the 3 tabs that hold the assembly, pull forward, remove the plastic retainer ring. Go to Autozone and ask for help.
