04 Envoy Blower not working

Blower doesn't work on any speed. I've already replaced the resistor module next to the fan and that did not correct the problem. I put the old one back in since that didn't appear to be the problem (plus it was $70 at Adv AP). Can anybody help w/ the next step?? I've thought about splicing the resistor wire that connects to the fan and hotwiring from the battery to see if the fan will work from there. Any opinions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Broke and Cold

Welcome to AF, this repair requires a wiring diagram to properly track this down, either a FSM or alldata.com, possible someone here may have access and kick in. We can assume there is no 12v to the blower and the fuses have been checked?

I've checked both panels just to be sure. All seems fine there. I haven't checked voltage to the blower yet. I looked to see if I could jump from blower to battery, but terminals are housed in a female connector. I could probably just splice into the wires connecting to the blower, just haven't gotten that far yet.

Update..dropped the blower motor. It was hinged against the housing. Plugged it back in, worked like a champ...whew...that was a close one..
