Which spark plugs do you recomend?

I have a Nissan Sentra 2001, and looking to change sparkplugs. Which ones do you recommend? I saw the new Nology Silver, or NGK Iridium, can someone give me an advice or another brand/material?

motor? sr20de go with bkr6e's, or factory laser platinums
with the qg go with the factory iridium and the plugs will outlast the car as its prone to headgaskets.
