Vibrations at 55-60 MPH is usually tires and wheels.

Any noise besides vibration?
E brake usually does not vibrate.
To check for E brake cabble sticking jack it up in rear and apply brake and then release it and see if you can turn wheels by hand without drag.

Swap the tires front to rear and see if the vibrations transmit through the steering wheel. If so it's defintely the tires.

No on flush.
You can flush up more problems than you flush out.

With that many mile it is dangerous to do anything to it.
Is fluid level good hot in park?
I would just check filter and not even use much new fluid.

so the truck shifts fine once warmed up. and i jacked the truck up the noticed the driver side brake was rubbin. so i took the tires off and hit behind the drum hopin to free them up. now the vibration isnt as serious.
