'86 Ciera Electrical Problem

My Daughters car. she left the headlights on and ran down the battery. I put my trickle charger on it and charged it. Ever since the power door locks, interior dome, radio presets and the power antennae do not work. I'm stumped? Any ideas? They were all working fine prior to the battery issue.
