Two days ago I had the fuel pump replaced and now I noticed a rubbing sound kind of like a frog in my front end around near my belt/battery and the new fuel pump is sounding like an air plane. Can anyone tell me if maybe he wired it wrong. I dont want to blow up?:uhoh:

Welcome to AF. Checking a noise from here is impossible, get the mechanic or someone to listen to it see whats what, no? There should be no underhood issue when doing a fp, if the new fp is noisey this can be caused by a partially clogged fuel filter or a poor quality pump.
