1999 rodeo

ive got a 1999 isuzu rodeo that i just had to replace the head and cams on it is a 2.2 d.o.h.c. just got it running and got a nasty top end tick in it rechecked the timing it was T.D.C. replaced the oil pump thinking it was that now im scratching my head trying to figure out what it is............. some one please help me
