Auto to 5-Spd swap, Speedometer no longer works? HELP!

We just got done turning my auto into manual, the car runs perfectly fine and shifts into gear smoothly. The only problem is the Speedometer isn't working anymore.

Thought the speed sensor might have been bad, so we replaced it with a new one and it still doesn't work. I'm going over the wiring for the Speed sensor right now to see if something is cut or not connected, but I really have no idea why its not working.

Anyone know why this would happen?

Take out the speed sensor and check to see if there is a plastic gear in that hole that runs the speed sensor. Sometimes these will break and then your speedo will not work.

We figured it out, had two wires crossed. But now I've discovered another problem.

When I shift into reverse, the reverse lights don't light up.
